Our company is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing issues, entering receipts and reviewing account histories. The right candidate will have intuitive communication skills for reception and proficient knowledge of Sage 300 ERP in order to maintain an accurate database of all land accounts. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • AR Responsibilities:
    • Reception-Director of First Impressions
    • Bank Deposits, AR General ledger reconciliations, Billing penalty assessments
    • Answer questions and provide information to customers over the phone and in person concerning their accounts.
    • Establish a friendly and cooperative relationship with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
    • Legal correspondence
  • Land Responsibilities:
    • Land accounts including ownership changes, assessment changes and transaction reconciliations
    • Household Purpose agreements administration
    • Water Conveyance agreements administration
    • Rate Enforcement documentation and correspondence

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ Business Administration education or work experience equivalent
  • Proficient Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) Accounting knowledge and related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Exchange with focus on Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent computer skills and understanding of software

  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willing to work overtime as required
  • Able to work in a cohesive team and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
