SMRID requires that ALL parties that intend/are pumping water into SMRID owned works have a signed copy of a pumping agreement issued from the Lethbridge office. All water must be acceptable to Water Quality Standards. This requires all water must be sampled and tested before a pumping agreement is issued. This also includes all water directed into road borrows that end up in SMRID works.
No equipment will be allowed to work in SMRID owned works without having a signed agreement issued from SMRID.
