Notice is hereby given that applications for an Alternate Parcel Agreement will be accepted by the St. Mary River Irrigation District for irrigation of an alternate parcel in accordance with Section 25 of the Irrigation Districts Act no later than the 2nd Friday in MARCH for the 2024 irrigation season without penalty.
A $200 (plus GST) late fee will apply after the 2nd Friday and no further applications will be accepted after the 1st Monday in APRIL. An Irrigator may apply to the District to use water to irrigate an alternate parcel not included on the Assessment Roll in lieu of using water to irrigate irrigation acres if the Irrigator is the Owner or Lessee of the alternate parcel.
Applications must be submitted on the proper form, which can be obtained from the District offices at:

If the parcel is leased, must include the consent of the Owner. The term of the Agreement will commence May 1, 2024 and will expire on December 31, 2024.
